At ESC we have Scrum master training ranging from SAFe, PSM, CSM. After our Scrum master training workshop all our trainees are eligible to take and pass all the respective scrum master certification.

The Scrum master is one of the most important role among the three key roles (Scrum master, Product owner, and Agile team – Developers) in the scrum team. The scrum master is an essential member of the scrum team, but also a somewhat misunderstood one, and can make the hiring process problematic especially since the Scrum master is the person responsible for promoting and supporting scrum. The Scrum master promotes and support scrum by helping everyone else understand the scrum theory, practices, principles, and values. The Scrum master is a servant leader who understands that his growth as a scrum master depends on the growth of his team members. The Scrum master also helps those outside of the team understand how to best interact with the scrum team.
